2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Wooden or metal skewers
In a large bowl, combine the ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.
Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss until the chicken is fully coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 10 minutes to prevent burning.
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
Brush the skewers with olive oil to prevent sticking while grilling.
Grill the skewers for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and has an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Serve the skewers hot, with your choice of sides like roasted vegetables, salad, or rice.
