Ingredients
4 large croissants (already baked, not croissant dough), broken into small pieces
1 cup freshly sliced strawberries
½ cup blueberries
½ cup raspberries
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
⅔ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup milk (whole milk is recommended)
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Spread the broken croissant pieces evenly in the prepared baking dish. Top with the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy. Gradually add the sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Continue mixing until well combined.
Pour the cream cheese mixture evenly over the croissants and berries.
Cover the baking dish and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or up to 14 hours.
Remove the cover and bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center.
Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar and/or drizzled with syrup, if desired. Enjoy!
