1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey/chicken)
1 box Stove Top stuffing (any flavor)
½ cup chicken stock (or beef broth/water)
2 large eggs
½ cup ketchup (or BBQ sauce, chili sauce, or salsa)
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix and chicken stock.
Let sit for 5 minutes to absorb the liquid.
Add ground beef and eggs to the mixture.
Gently mix until just combined.
