Ingredients:
8 ounces gluten-free pasta (rotini or fusilli works best)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
