4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup breadcrumbs (Panko recommended)
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley or lemon wedges for garnish (optional)
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
