1 banana, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
2 tsp raw honey
1 tsp cinnamon
Optional: 2 tsp melted natural peanut butter or almond butter
Heat a small skillet over medium heat and spray lightly with cooking spray.
Add honey and cinnamon to the skillet and let it start to bubble.
Add banana slices to the pan and cook for 3–4 minutes per side. Avoid excessive stirring to keep the bananas intact.
Remove from heat and drizzle with melted nut butter if desired.
