Ingredients:
8 slices sandwich bread (white, Texas Toast, or your choice)
2 cups cooked chicken breasts, shredded (rotisserie chicken works well)
2 teaspoons minced garlic
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
½ cup Frank's hot sauce
½ cup homemade or store-bought ranch dressing
4 oz cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons butter
4-8 slices muenster cheese
4 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, blue cheese, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Stir to combine and set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the shredded chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing, and minced garlic. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated.
Take the slices of bread and spread butter on one side of each slice.
Flip the bread over and spread the cream cheese mixture on four slices of bread.
