1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
