This BBQ Cheddar Chicken Meatloaf is the perfect blend of lean chicken, rich cheddar cheese, and tangy BBQ sauce, creating a flavorful and moist meatloaf with a deliciously cheesy topping. The use of extra lean ground chicken makes this dish lighter than the traditional beef version, while the BBQ sauce adds a smoky depth of flavor. The addition of cheddar cheese throughout the loaf ensures every bite is bursting with cheesy goodness, and the crispy top layer adds the perfect finishing touch. This easy-to-make dish is great for a family dinner, and it reheats well, making it ideal for meal prep or leftovers.
