Southwestern Pulled Pork Sliders
Slow-cooked pulled pork with a spicy kick, served on soft slider buns for a delicious handheld meal.
Ingredients:
2 lbs pork shoulder
1 onion, sliced
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste
12 slider buns
Coleslaw, for topping
Directions:
Place pork shoulder in a slow cooker.
Add onion, barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Shred pork with two forks and mix with juices.
Serve on slider buns topped with coleslaw.
