10 ounces dried egg noodles
1 pound lean ground beef
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cans (10.75 ounces each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (15 ounce) jar Lay's French Onion Dip
½ cup French's fried onions
Freshly chopped parsley, if desired
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
Cook the egg noodles in a large pot of water according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook and crumble the ground beef over medium-high heat until it is no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper. Drain any excess grease.
