¾ cup creamy peanut butter, plus 2 tablespoons for the top swirl
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup lightly packed light brown sugar
½ cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¾ teaspoon kosher salt
