Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it easily flakes with a fork and is cooked through.
While the salmon is baking, prepare the creamy dill sauce. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped dill, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth and well combined.
Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and transfer the fillets to serving plates.
Spoon the creamy dill sauce over the salmon fillets or serve it on the side.
Garnish with extra fresh dill and lemon wedges, if desired, and serve immediately.
