240 g macaroni
2 T cider vinegar
DRESSING
1 c mayo (208 g)
3/4 c half & half OR 1/2 c milk+1/4 c yogurt (177 g)
2 T brown sugar
1/2 T lemon juice
1 T grated onion
3/4 t garlic salt
3/4 t celery salt
3/4 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1/4 t cayenne
1/8 t celery seed
VEGGIES
2 ribs celery (1/2 cup)
1/2 can olives (1/2 cup)
Boil pasta plus extra 4-5 minutes cook time. Make dressing and chop veggies. Drain pasta and add vinegar, cover and let cool for 20 minutes. Add half the dressing and cool another 20 minutes covered. Add veggies and dressing and let cool, uncovered, 30 minutes. Chill for at least 2 hours and serve.
