SAUTE in oil for 3 minutes then ADD:

SAUTE for 2 minutes then ADD:
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3/4 t salt
1/2 t smoked paprika
1/2 t cumin
1/4 t coriander
1/4 t oregano
1/4 t berbere
1/4 t pepper
1/8 t Sazon
PINCH chipotle
1 can black beans, undrained
2 T water
SIMMER for 10 minutes then ADD:
2 T cilantro, chopped
1/2 t lime juice
REST for 30 minutes
