1 jalapeno, seeded and sliced
1 carrot, sliced
SIMMER 5 minutes:
150 g water
1 cloves garlic, crushed
1 t salt
1 t sugar
1 t oregano
1/2 t cumin seeds
1/2 t coriander
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t mustard seeds
1 bay leaf
1/8 t Aleppo pepper
ADD:
1/2 cup white vinegar
POUR BRINE over VEGGIES and REST to ROOM TEMP
REFRIGERATE
