WHISK the flours together with baking powder
1/2 t baking powder
100 g masa harina
100 g AP flour
20 g lard
3 g salt
150 g hot water
ADD everything, KNEAD SMOOTH 2 minutes then REST, covered in plastic, for 30 minutes
KNEAD 2 more minutes then REST 30 minutes
DIVIDE into 18 balls (FREEZE extras)
PRESS and DRY FRY about 30 seconds per side
STEAM COOL
