1/4 c onion, grated
3/4 t salt
1/4 cup bulgur wheat
MIX then REFRIGERATE for 20 minutes

1/2 t allspice
1/2 t cardamom
1/2 t cinnamon
1/8 t cayenne
6 oz burger
2 cloves garlic, crushed
MIX SAUCE
120 g yogurt
2 T parsley, minced
2 T tahini
2 T olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/8 t salt
1/8 t pepper
