MIX
250 g AP flour
1/2 t baking soda
1 t salt
BROWN 10 T butter about 4 minutes then ADD remainder:
100 g butter (10 T)
100 g butter (4 T)
ADD then COOL 15 minutes:
150 g brown sugar
50 g sugar
2 t vanilla
ADD:
1 egg + 1 yolk
150 g chips
WHISK until smooth then roll into 16 balls. FREEZE.
BAKE 350 degrees for 12 minutes after 20 minute thaw.
REST for 5 minutes on pan.
