PULSE (5 times) chilies until coarsely chopped
2 poblanos, stemmed, seeded and chopped
1 Anaheim, stemmed, seeded and chopped
1 jalapeno, stemmed, seeded and chopped

BROWN chicken in large pot, 4 minutes per side then transfer to plate and remove skin
1/2# chicken things, bone-in with skins
ADD chilies and spices to pot then SAUTEE for about 10 minutes

1 t coriander
1 t oregano

BLITZ 1/4 cup chili mixture, 1/2 cup of beans and 1/2 cup of stock in food processor
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 cups chicken stock, divided
SIMMER chopped chilies, remaining stock and SKINNED chicken for about 15 minutes, covered.
ADD corn and remaining beans then simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes
3/4 cup frozen corn
SHRED chicken and reserve
OFF HEAT ADD chicken and REST 5 minutes
ADD cilantro, scallions and lime juice
