120 g whole-wheat penne
SAUTE beef with onions for 5 minutes, ADD * marinara sauce, veggies, and pasta then REST for 30 minutes
120 g ground beef
1/4 cup onion, diced
1 zucchini, mooned
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 t chili paste
* 450 g marinara sauce
LAYER
80 g ricotta cheese
160 g mozzarella mix
TOP with 2 chicken sausages, sliced
GREASE pan then LAYER half the pasta mixture into bottom.
TOP pasta with HALF the MOZZARELLA and ALL RICOTTA
FINISH with 80 g fresh mozzarella and sausages
COVER with foil and BAKE at 375 for 20 minutes, REMOVE foil and bake for 10 more minutes
GARNISH with parsley, REST 10 minutes and serve
