MARINADE
150 skirt steak
3 T soya
1 T oil
1 T honey
1 T ginger paste
2 T gochujang
1 T sesame oil
2 t chili paste
1 t pepper
1 t garlic salt
1/2 t garlic grain
1/2 t lemongrass
OR
1/2 c sesame teriyaki sauce
1/4 c Gochujang
2 t ginger paste
Pepper
MIX all ingredients all ingredients together and marinate at least 4 hours or over night.
DRY and GRILL steak about 4 minutes per side at 600+ degree grill. Let rest 5 minutes.
BOWLS
TOSS cucumber with 1/2 of the dressing, a pinch of garlic salt and pepper. REST 1 hour.
SAUTEE cabbage, carrots, and broccoli in sesame oil very quickly then ADD other half of the dressing right before serving.
DRESSING
2 T gochujang
2 T mirin
2 T rice vinegar
1 t sesame oil
2 t honey
3 T tamari
WHISK then set aside.
VEGGIES
2 cups steamed cabbage, about 3 minutes
12 slices cucumber
1/2 c steamed carrots, about 3 minutes
1/2 c steamed broccoli, about 3 minutes
1 scallion, thinly sliced
2 c steamed rice
1 t sesame seeds
