180 g dried chickpeas, soaked overnight
100 g roughly chopped onion
15 g parsley, about a one large bunch
15 g cilantro, about a one large bunch
30 g small green chili pepper, serrano or jalapeno pepper
30 g bell pepper
20 g white sesame seeds
20 g black sesame seeds
3 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cardamom
1 t coriander
1 t sumac
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
