ADD and SAUTE 2 minutes
1/2# mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves garlic
ADD and SIMMER 25 minutes
3 cups stock
1/2 t thyme
1 bay leaf
150 g black beans, drained and rinsed
375 g chicken, cleaned
3/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
REMOVE chicken and SHRED then ADD everything back to pot and SIMMER 5 minutes
