3 anchos, seeded and toasted
1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 t berbere
1 roma tomato
1/2 medium onion
2 bay leaves
BLEND
Chili-Veggie MIX
1 cup chili water
1. 5 cups stock
2 T white vinegar
3 cloves garlic
1 t cumin
1 t oregano
1/8 t cloves, ground
1/4 t peppercorns
ADD SAUCE and QUARTERED BEEF to InstaPot.
PRESSURE COOK LOW 1 hour, minute release - OR SLOW COOK for 6-8 hours.
SHRED and ADJUST with S&P, Sazon, Taco Mix, and Lime Juice
