120 g cream cheese
1/2 cup butter (112 g)
ADD to FOOD PROCESSOR and PULSE to MIX
180 g AP flour
1/4 t salt
ADD BUTTER and CREAM CHEESE and PROCESS to DOUGH
CHILL DOUGH for at least 2 hours
ROLL dough onto floured parchments into a neat 14X12 rectangle
FREEZE for 15 minutes
SPREAD JAM onto the dough then SPRINKLE with WALANUTS
1/4 cup fruit preserves
1/2 cup walnut, toasted and finely chopped (100 g)
ROLL from LONG SIDE, WRAP in PLASTIC and FREEZE for 2 hours
PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees
CUT LOG into 1/2-inch slices and DIP one side of discs into SUGAR
1/4 cup sparkling sugar (50 g)
BAKE sugar side up for 15 to 20 minutes
