DRAIN then TOSS in dust and REST for 30 minutes.
150 g potato starch
40 g cup corn starch
1 T garlic salt
1 T Cajun spice
1/2 T Old Bay
1 t garlic grains
1 t turmeric
1 t chipotle
1 t ginger
1 t lemon pepper
1/2 t pepper
DEEP FRY (in batches) at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
DRAIN and SERVE
