COOK SOFT, ADD DRESSING then SET ASIDE
120 g whole wheat pasta
NOODLE DRESSING
1 T teriyaki sauce
1 T tamari
1/2 t sesame oil
1/2 t chili oil
MARINATE 15 minutes then STIR FRY CHICKEN and REMOVE
350 g chicken, diced
1 T tamari
1 T Chinese wine
1 t oyster sauce
1/2 t chili paste
1/4 t soda
STIR FRY for 3 minutes
200 g cabbage, chopped
100 g carrot, sliced
100 g ribs celery, sliced
100 g onion, sliced
50 g bell pepper, slice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 T oil
REMOVE VEGGIES then STIR FRY NOODLES for about 2 minutes
ADD VEGGIES and CHICKEN to NOODLES and STIR FRY about 1 MINUTEĀ
ADD SAUCE and STIR FRY about 1 minute
CHOW MEIN SAUCE
15 g oyster sauce
25 g tamari
7 g rice vinegar
1/4 t sesame oil
3 T chicken broth
1 t cornstarch
1 t granulated sugar
1/2 t chili paste
1/2 t ginger paste
1/4 t garlic salt
1/8 t lemongrass powder
1/8 t white pepper
TOSS with:
3 green onions, diced
