ADD to oil and SAUTE about 5 minutes

BLOOM spices in oil for about 2 minutes:

1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch Aleppo peppers
ADD and STIR FRY:
4 ounces diced green chiles
1/2 cup salsa or salsa verde
1/4 cup corn, frozen
2 cups cooked brown rice
15 ounce can low sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
2 eggs, scrambled
Juice of a lime
TOP and SERVE
1/2 cup shredded cheddar, Colby Jack, or Monterey Jack cheese
