MIX
40 corn starch
375 AP flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t soda
1/2 t salt
CREAM for 2 minutes
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
300 g sugar
3. ADD and BEAT IN:
2 eggs
240 g sour cream
2 t vanilla
1/2 t almond extract
1 drop of food coloring
FOLD then FREEZE DOUGH
FORM 1.5 T balls then BAKE 13 minutes at 350 degrees
COOL on tray for 5 minutes
