3-4# chuck
1 large onion
2 carrots
4 cl garlic
1/2 c wine
1.5 c light stock
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 T tomato paste
1/2 T dried herbs
1/2 t garlic chili paste
pepper
GRILL the beef then ADD ingredients to InstaPot.
PRESSURE COOK on HIGH for 1 hour then RELEASE for 20 minutes.
