ADD vinegars and REHEAT to boiling
1/4 cup white distilled vinegar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
STUFF veggies in jar and FILL with brine
1/4 head green cabbage, thinly sliced
1 cup sweet onion, thinly sliced
1 carrot, thinly sliced
REST at least 4 hours
