COMBINE in a bowl then MARINATE about 3 hours

1.5 T yellow mustard
1 T mayo
2 t Frank's Red Hot Sauce
1/2 T pepper
1/2 T lemon juice
1/4 t thyme
300 g chicken breast, salted
BLITZ then FRY about 5 minutes
100 g sourdough, cubed
15 g butter
1/4 t thyme
S&P
DREDGE chicken in FLOUR then DIP in EGG and COAT in BREAD
20 g flour
1 egg, beaten with milk
