1 t grain mustard

2 T cilantro, chopped
50 g cheddar, grated
SAUTE for 5-minutes
75 g onion
10 g oil
2 cloves garlic
75 g bell pepper
25 g jalapeno
100 g celery
1/2 t oregano
1/8 t Aleppo peppers
1/8 t rosemary powder

MIX and REST for a few hours
250 g bread, cubed and dried (bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes)
50 g olives, chopped
BAKE in prepped pan, at 350 degrees, for 20 minutes
TOP with CHEESE and continue to BAKE for 20 minutes
50 g cheddar, grated
REST then SERVE
