MARINATE for 30 minutes
350 g London Broil, sliced 1/8" thick
3 T water
1/4 t baking soda
1/2 T cornstarch
2 t oil
1 t oyster sauce
STIR FRY BEEF about 2 minutes in 1 T oil, remove to bowl
SAUCE
1/2 cup chicken stock, heated
1 T tamari
1 t oyster sauce
1 t sugar
1 t dark soya
1/2 t sesame oil
1/2 t chili paste
pinch white pepper
VEGGIES
3 cups broccoli (250 g)
1/2 cup carrots (100 g)
1/2 cup mushrooms (100 g)
1/2 cup zucchini (100 g)
1/4 cup water chestnuts (50 g)
1/2 cup celery (100 g)
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 t ginger paste
1 T wine
STEAM BROCCOLI and CARROTS for 2 minutes, cool and drain
STIR FRY garlic and ginger for 10 seconds then ADD WINE
ADD the SAUCE and bring to simmer
ADD 1 T CORNSTARCH SLURRY or as needed to thicken
ADD BEEF and VEGGIES then thicken for about 1 minutes
SERVE with 1 cup steamed BROWN RICE
