100 g mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed

DEGLAZE
1/4 cup white wine
ADD, COVER, and SIMMER for about 10 minutes
1 cup chicken stock
1 can tomatoes
1 cup orzo (200 g)

PLACE chicken in casserole
POUR SAUCE over chicken and TOP with cheese
120 g mozzarella
BAKE at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, REST and SERVE
