WHISK the flours together with baking powder
210 g AP flour
120 g masa harina
1/2 t baking powder
ADD water to flour mix and REST 30 minutes
206 g very warm milk
ADD oil and salt to flour mix and KNEAD SMOOTH
5 g salt
70 g oil
REST 30 minutes then KNEAD 2 minutes
DIVIDE into 18 balls (FREEZE extras)
PRESS and DRY FRY about 30 seconds per side
