1 egg

1 T milk
350 g breast fillets, garlic salted both sides
1/3 cup corn starch, for dredging
SAUCE: MIX in small pot and SET ASIDE
1/4 c chicken broth
3 T lemon juice
1/2 t tamari
35 g brown sugar
2 t zest
FRY chicken in oil, 3 minutes per side then DRAIN and REST on paper towel
SIMMER SAUCE THEN THICKEN
THICKEN with:
1 t + 2 t water
SLICE CHICKEN then SERVE with
steamed brown rice
