Take a pair of scissors and cut in the midline of the crushed prepuce down to the end as shown in Figure 2. Keep the tip of the scissors up to prevent lacerating the glans.

Make sure you stay in the crushed tissue area, otherwise, excessive bleeding will occur.
Also make sure you are equally cutting both the outer and inner layers (the full thickness) of the crushed foreskin.
