序論

本単元の目的は、学習者が膝の筋骨格系検査に関しての知識と技術を向上させるために、簡単にインターネットを通してアクセスできる教材を提供することです。

ミシガン大学病院家庭医療学科では医学生の筋骨格系検査法の指導や、スポーツ医学や整形外科の研修医のローテーションや、筋骨格系に主訴をもつ患者の通常の診察の際に本単元を使用しています。

• 膝の問題の一般的な臨床所見に対する鑑別診断について理解する

• 所見が正常であるか異常であるかの判断方法を学ぶ

技術面：

• 徹底的な膝の診察を行うのに必要な作業について精通していることを示す
