The size of the Gomco bell used for neonates varies from a diameter of 1.1cm (small), to 1.3cm (most common size used), to 1.6cm (very large).
Choose the bell size based on the size of the penis, keeping in mind that the bell does not have to cover the whole glans, but should cover approximately two-thirds of it.
