Case

Mrs. D, a 24-year-old G3P2 at 32 weeks estimated gestational age (EGA) comes to you because she would like to be signed off of work due to her headaches. She denies any visual changes or other "red flag" symptoms. She states that she always gets headaches at this stage of pregnancy, and that her previous prenatal care providers have typically signed her off of work on bedrest for the latter portions of her pregnancies. After ruling out pre-eclampsia, what else can you recommend that may help her, and avoid having to sign her off of work?
