Suggestions:

  • Small, frequent meals

  • Avoid greasy, spicy foods

  • Avoid caffeine and alcohol

  • Sleep propped up with pillows

  • Papaya enzyme tablets

  • Raw almonds, raw cashews

  • Massage stomach downward

  • Increase water between meals

  • Marshmallow (tea)

  • Meadowsweet (tea/tincture)

  • Slippery elm (lozenge/powder/tea)
