Placement of Gomco Bell
In this image: The physician repositions the prepuce by pulling it back over the glans.
Place the bell on the glans and beneath the prepuce as shown to properly position the bell. Use your thumb of your non-dominant hand on the top of the handle (near the arms) to keep the bell in place; otherwise, it will likely fall off, and you will have to start over again.
