Nausea and Vomiting
Case
Mrs. A, a 27-year-old G2P1 comes to you as soon as she has had a positive pregnancy test (four weeks, three days by LMP). She states that during her last pregnancy, she had terrible nausea and vomiting throughout the first trimester, and that so far she is already been feeling nauseous. She says her previous prenatal care provider had been unable to make any recommendations for things to try that may help her symptoms, other than anti-emetics, which were unsuccessful.
