Meridians
In Chinese medical theory, 12 principal channels called meridians exist in the human body.
These meridians are located along fascial planes that course between and through skeletal muscle and connect to internal organs.
Chi flows through these meridians in an organized fashion to provide nourishment and protection to the organism.
Each meridian is paired with an organ. (Please refer to the Organs Section).
