Case

Miss E, a 25-year-old G4P1, at 25 weeks gestation with triplets, comes to you as her primary care provider (she is also seeing high risk OB given that she has a triplet gestation). She complains that her increasingly large size is creating sleep disturbances. She endorses that she is having problems getting to sleep due to anxiety about the pregnancy. Once asleep, she wakes up every time that she has to change position. What can you recommend for her, other than medications?
