Insomnia Recommended Remedies
Suggestions:
Walk outside during the day as much as possible
Snack before bed
Calcium supplementation
Avoid sugar and caffeine
Sleep hygiene (routine)
Extra pillows
Chamomile tea
Valerian root tincture mixed with hot water, drink before bed (not for more than seven nights in a row) (natural sedative) - limited data in pregnancy.
