Penile Abnormalities
Ambiguous Genitalia
Sexual phenotype unknown; refer to pediatric endocrinology and possibly pediatric urology.
Hypospadias and Epispadias
Refer to pediatric urology.
Unusual Appearing Genitalia
Refer to pediatric urology.
Dorsal Hood
This an incomplete formation of prepuce that only covers the dorsal glans and not the ventral glans, leading to the appearance of a "hood."
Some of the glans can usually be seen. It is almost always associated with hypospadias.

An example of approximately 80 degrees of torsion
Webbed Penis or Penoscrotal Fusion
Very little ventral penile shaft skin present because scrotal skin attaches to the penile shaft skin. High risk for concealed, buried or entrapped penis after circumcision.
To see an example refer to Figure 8 of the original article noted in the third reference (Lermen).
Micropenis
An abnormally small penis, < 2cm. Defer circumcision until adequate growth of the penis to avoid concealed, buried or entrapped penis after circumcision.
Inconspicuous Penis
A small-appearing penis that is "buried" or retracted into the pubic fat.
