Ms. E, a 23-year-old G2P1 at 40 weeks and 2 days comes to you very uncomfortable with still being pregnant. You explain to her that it is not yet the recommended time to induce the pregnancy medically. She asks you if there is anything that can safely be done to try to stimulate labor. What is your reply?
